Im just cutting across the grain.
heavy traffic 6 lane road...i think ill turn left instead of going up and turning around. its cool though right?

That bus' paintjob seems eerily similar to one my local bus service had for a brief period about 10 years ago.

If there's a center lane for turning in, why not? What harm is it doing?
I just saw it as being courteous to let someone through, especially if they're near the intersection where it'll just be a nightmare to change lanes in such a short distance.

Yep. In this situation, it's only inconsiderate assholes who'll block someone from getting across while traffic ahead of them is stopped.
